Speech therapy found Fallon in a deeply personal way. She was on the path to nursing school when her mom had a stroke at just 45 years old. Watching a speech therapist help her mom regain her skills, her confidence, and her hope changed everything, and Fallon never looked back.

Today, with 12+ years of experience spanning early intervention, schools, clinics, hospitals, and adult rehab, she brings rare breadth and depth to the families she serves. What started almost by accident, providing services at her daughter's daycare, grew into a bigger vision: a practice built to care for people, both the families it serves and the therapists who serve them. After experiencing burnout in healthcare, Fallon wanted to build something different, a place where therapists feel valued and supported, because when therapists feel cared for, families feel the difference too.

She's also a proud mom of three who knows the beautiful chaos of family life firsthand, loves home projects and cooking, and (relatably) treasures the occasional bit of peace and quiet.
